We are so excited to have Molly Fowler, The Dining Diva, join us for a series of cooking classes! Molly has appeared on WLOS Carolina Kitchen segments and has been teaching culinary classes for many years. These will be fun, entertaining and educational.
All classes are from 6:00-8:30pm. Fee per person is $50.00, includes recipe booklet, samples of all recipes and wine pairing tastings.
Cooking Class Policy: Adults only please. Seating is limited so prepaid reservations are required. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the class and receive a refund less 5% (2.50) for administration fees. We reserve the right to cancel if less than 12 participants. You will be refunded your full amount in the event the class is cancelled. Social hour will begin at 6:00pm with the opportunity to purchase a glass of wine to enjoy. Classes will start promptly at 6:30pm. A complete recipe packet will be provided. You may want to bring a pen to take notes – this is truly a class experience! Each participant will get to sample each dish prepared along with a 1 oz pour of the suggested wine pairing. This is not a dinner so please don’t come planning for it to fill you up!
AUGUST 24: Tex Mex Done Right: Sassy and Spicy!
You’ll sample Brie & Pear Quesadillas, Roasted Corn & Poblano Soup with Lime Crema, Southwestern Salad with Cumin Vinaigrette, Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, and Chocolate Kahlua Cheesecake while learning how to prepare these for your family and friends. You’ll also taste custom cocktails and wines specifically selected for each dish. Savor the Southwest at its most authentic ~ Buen Provecho!
SEPTEMBER 12: Cooking for Company (and you’re a guest too!)
Want to be a guest at your own party? Let veteran caterer and cookbook author Molly Fowler, The Dining Diva, teach you all the tips and tricks of preparing a delicious meal without spending the evening in the kitchen. This menu is a tried and true collection of harmonious flavors. You’ll get to taste Salad of Pears, Roquefort, and Spiced Pecans on Mixed Greens, Easy Herbed Dinner Rolls, Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Sauce, and Sautéed Vegetables with Fresh Herbs. We’ll finish with a luscious Spiked Apple Crisp. All dishes will be paired with the appropriate wines to sample!

Bring your BFF or Significant Other and learn to prepare a company-worthy meal that is both easy and elegant. Former caterer and television cooking show host Molly Fowler, The Dining Diva knows how to entertain with ease! Learn step-by-step how to prepare Grilled Apple and Romaine Salad with Apple Vinaigrette, Pan-Seared Salmon with Wine-Shallot Sauce, Oven-Roasted Asparagus, Creamy Lemon Rice, and Best-Ever Buttermilk Pie. You’ll taste all the dishes with perfectly paired wines!
