South African Wine Dinner at Harvey’s at The Henderson
Wednesday, August 15th– Join us for our monthly wine dinner at Harvey’s at the The Henderson Inn. This month we are featuring South African wines and a menu perfectly paired with traditional South African food prepared by Chef Michael Gilligan. You do not want to miss this dinner!
Gathering and welcome bubbles begin at 6pm and seating and service begins at 6:30pm.

Cooking Classes with The Dining Diva
We are so excited to have Molly Fowler, The Dining Diva, join us for a series of cooking classes! Molly has appeared on WLOS Carolina Kitchen segments and has been teaching culinary classes for many years. These aew fun, entertaining and educational.

All classes are from 6:30-8:30pm. Fee per person is $50.00, includes a recipe booklet, samples of all recipes and wine pairing tastings. Paid reservation required in advance. Limited to 16 attendees.
Cooking Class Policy: Adults only, please. Seating is limited so prepaid reservations are required. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the class and receive a refund less 5% (2.50) for administration fees. We reserve the right to cancel if less than 12 participants. You will be refunded your full amount in the event the class is canceled. Social hour will begin at 6:00pm with the opportunity to purchase a glass of wine to enjoy. Classes will start promptly at 6:30pm. A complete recipe packet will be provided. You may want to bring a pen to take notes – this is truly a class experience! Each participant will get to sample each dish prepared along with a 1-2 oz pour of the suggested wine pairing.
Thursday, August 23rd 6:30pm – 8:00pm – Painting in the Cellar with Hues of Hendo! We will be painting a canvas with a trio of wine glasses. Cost is $25 and includes everything you need for the project. Wine, beer and cider available for purchase during the class. Bring a snack to share and we will have some snacks as well.
